As of Monday 24th September 2007, Lonicera's new help desk job tracking system has been launched. The new link is displayed below. Existing users were sent a copy of the instructions on how to login, navigate and log new support requests via email. If you have trouble logging into the new system, please contact your account manager or the help desk on (03) 8561 5555
